Agreement Form

• Student will NOT LIE to teachers, employees or any guest of Iqra Center.
• Student will NOT TAKE any item that does not belong to him or he will sent home immediately.
• Eating chips, snacks and drinking is NOT ALLOWED in the prayer area or in the sleeping area.
• Student shall keep washroom, wudu area clean at all times.
• Student is to dispose of the garbage in its place.
• Student MUST go to bed on time and should be awake an hour before the morning class. More than 3 tardy’s will result into a 2 week suspension. (Parent or Guardian will be responsible for transportation)
• Students will respect the property, grounds, etc. and will respect restricted areas in the building and on the property. Students are NOT to run, roughhouse, or exhibit disruptive behavior. Parents will be financially responsible for damage to the property or grounds, whether accidental or intentional, caused by the student.
• Students are NOT ALLOWED to leave the premises without permission or authorization from staff members.
• Eating or chewing gum in class or in the prayer area is not permitted.
• Alcoholic beverages, vaping, weapons and all illegal substances are prohibited from the property.
• Students will refrain from vulgar language, using the “N” word , demeaning comments, put-downs, practical jokes, criticizing insults, or name calling, whether out of anger or an attempt at humor. In essence, anything that might cause hurt or offense to another guest is not acceptable, including criticizing another student in anyway, either in person or behind his/her back.
• When talking, students will use an appropriate conversational tone and REFRAIN FROM YELLING. Students will refrain from rough physical contact with other students such as hitting, punching, tripping, and wrestling.
• Students will in no way behave in a way that would physically or emotionally harm another students, teachers or or employees.
• This is a religious setting, requiring the undivided and polite attention and engagement of all students. As such, phone use will not be allowed during the duration of the class.
• With all the eating, and socializing going on, you will be responsible to clean up after yourself at all times.
• Student will eat the food items served for the day. No outside food will be allowed unless authorized.
• If the student has been warned multiple times for his behavior or actions, he will then be sent home at the expense
of the parents or guardian. A one month suspension will be given to the student and will be further evaluated to see if the child qualifies to return to class.
• Students are expected to wear clean clothes and socks at all times. Student will be responsible for washing, folding and storing their clothes. Any clothing particles found lying around will be thrown away.
• Maintain personal hygiene, such as bathing often using soap, brushing your teeth and to apply deodorant daily.
• Student must obtain a minimum of a 2.0 in their secular studies to remain in the Hifz program.
• No more than 5 outfits, 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair sandals are allowed while enrolled.
• Student will not be allowed to defame the Iqra Center nor its teachers and employees.


Breach of Conduct:
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will be considered a breach sufficient to warrant a warning or expulsion. Moreover, an adult does not have to personally witness an incident. A report from a student concerning inappropriate conversation or behavior is sufficient to warrant a warning or expulsion from the event(in which case an adult will gently lead the student to a chaperoned area to await his/ her parent(s)arrival).

(2) I agree to attend classes prior to the start time. I understand that if I do not attend the class or workshops I will not be allowed to take a break during breaktime.
